For me it was RE Code Veronica. Nothing so special about it, it's just because it was my first "horror" game, I got addicted to it when I was a teenager.
I know that if I'd play this today I would hate it, that's why I don't play it again, I want to preserve the good memories.
The last game I really enjoyed playing was Warcraft 3.
