We need a man capable of finding a way to create a more efficient transportation system on the streets of Los Santos.

You see, traffic has been getting a little bogged down lately, and it's causing a bit of congestion.

Someone needs to design a plan to create a new system that will help to alleviate traffic and improve the flow of people and goods throughout the city.

Whoa, that's like a really good point! I had no idea that traffic was such a problem in Los Santos. I guess it makes sense though, that city is gigantic, and it's super crowded all the time. So like, what kind of system are you thinking of? Bus lanes? Maybe a subway? A monorail???
